Our Youth Team depart for Arco, Italy this week-end

All the best to our Youth Yeam for WYCH Arco – Oskar Wolff, Alia Robinson, Abby Gebert, Joy Williams, Tayla Manning, Phoebe Kenderdine, Ariana van Lith, Matthew Jones, David Sheppard, Irralee Hair, Sophia Osipova, Kim Forde, Sarah Tetzlaff, Tom Waldin and management team – Zil Yeaman, Rob Moore and Wiz Fineron. The team head to Thailand for a weeks training before flying on to Italy for the Youth World Championships. Follow the event here. The competition will be held on the 2nd and 3rd of September 2019 at Rocktopia in Mount Maunganui. The event is open to all secondary schools. IFSC World Climbing Championships commence this week-end for our Kiwi Team

We have 3 kiwi climbers there. Best of luck to Sarah Tetzlaff, George Sanders, Tom Waldin, who will be competing in all 3 disciplines, Lead, Speed and Bouldering. The team is supported & managed up in Tokyo by Kerry Crawford and Andrea Crawford. Bouldering qualifiers commence on Sunday the 11th for Sarah and Monday the 12th for Tom and George.
