New Zealand Team for Oceania Open Combined Championships is announced

Climbing New Zealand are pleased to announce the IFSC Oceania Open Combined Team to contest the Olympic 2020 qualifying event. The event is being hosted in Sydney, Australia on the 28th and 29th of March 2020. The top male and female from this event earns an Olympic qualifying place to be considered by the National Olympic organisations. Congratulations to the following climbers. Climbing New Zealand is seeking applications from people interested in the positions of New Zealand Youth Team (NZYT) Manager, Head Coach, Assistant Manager, Assistant Coach for 2020/21. All positions are for a 2-year term, subject to review following the 2020 WYCH. Climbing New Zealand Open Combined event is on the 19th and 20th of October 2019 in Mount Maunganui. This event includes Speed, Bouldering and Lead and is a qualification event for the 2020 Oceania Open Combined event in Sydney, Australia which is the Oceania Olympic Qualifier.
