Another date change – Christchurch National Championships now on August 16th and 17th

This is to advise that there has been another change of date for the 2014 National Championship competition in Christchurch.  This is to align with the 2014 World Youth Championship in New Caledonia.

The new date for Christchurch is AUGUST 16-17th.

This date replaces the old dates of September 13th – 14th (and August 29 – 30th)

 The good news is that it’s not so long to wait!

2014 CNZ Committee announced

Wednesday night saw a great turn out for the CNZ AGM. The new committee has been duly elected and we’d like to welcome them aboard:
President: Dean McIlroy
Vice President: Tyler Fleury
Treasurer: Clare McLean
Secretary: Treefrog
Committee members: Tom Fredericsen, Doug McCauley, John Schwarz
Climbing New Zealand would like to give a colossal thank you to out-going President Paul Jones. Paul’s tireless efforts, expertise and dedication have resulted in the continuation and progression of climbing in New Zealand.

The Climbing New Zealand AGM will he held Wednesday 5th March in Rotorua at 7:30pm  at The Wall and Basement Cinema and via Skype. Members of all affiliated clubs are invited and encouraged to attend.

Clubs are entitled to nominate a member for the 2014 committee.
